Discography

In 2016 the sixth CD (Gramola 99121) was released including the complete Piano Trios of Werner Pirchner.

In 2013 appeared a recording (Gramola 98977) containing the Trio No. 2 in C-major Op. 87 by Johannes Brahms and the Trio in g-minor Op. 17 by Clara Schumann. In June 2013 this CD received the Pasticcioprize by Radio Oesterreich 1.

In May 2010 the fourth CD “Kaleidoskop” (Gramola 98906) was released with three piano trios written for the Eggner Trio: Piano Trio No. 1 by Johannes Berauer, Seven Preludes with Prologue and Epilogue by Sascha Peres and Sequentia Miraculi by Gerrit Wunder.

In September 2008 the second CD was released (Gramola 98837) including all piano trios by Dmitri Shostakovich, Op. 8 and Op. 67 - and the Piano Trio No. 1, Op. 21, by Ivan Eroed. This recording received the Golden Label 2008/09 from the Belgian classical website "Klassiek Centraal".

In May 2009 a third CD appeared. Released on Live Classics Munich (LCL 809) the sound carrier contains all of the piano trios by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy - Op. 49 and Op. 66.

In February 2008 the first CD was released on Live Classics Munich (LCL 806) containing the two most famous works for Piano Trio by Ludwig van Beethoven, Trio in D-major, Op. 70/1 ("The Ghost Trio") and the Piano Trio in B-flat major, Op. 97 ("The Archduke Trio").  This recording was awarded the Golden Label 2007/08 by the Belgian classical website "Klassiek Centraal".
